SBR Rubber 4mm with 2 Plies and One side cloth impression
The 4mm SBR rubber with 2 plies (140 cm width) and one side cloth impresssion is a versatile rubber used in construction, marine, industrial, and automotive applications. SBR, or Styrene Butadiene Rubber, is a synthetic rubber made from butadiene and styrene, often chosen for its advantageous properties and cost-effectiveness. It can also be cut into strips, gaskets, or rings for various other uses.
Uses of SBR Rubber 4mm with 2 insertion and one side cloth impression (Width 140 cm)
SBR rubber offers excellent mechanical properties, low compression set, and high resilience. However, it is not recommended for use in wet environments or where it may come into contact with oils and hydrocarbons.
It provides strong resistance to abrasion, tearing, and impact, making it ideal for protecting pipes, packaging, and other functions. SBR rubber products are available in sheets, plates, and strips.
The 2 plies serve to increase the strength and durability of the material, allowing it to better resist persistent wear. The insertion reduces the elasticity of the material and helps the gasket hold it's shape.
The rubber sheet has a one-sided cloth impression. This coarser structure makes it easier to glue the rubber sheet to different surfaces
