The NBR rubber sheet 8 mm (width 140 cm) with 2 insertions / plies is a premium-grade rubber offering excellent resistance to oils and possessing strong mechanical properties, including tensile strength, material flexibility, compression, and low gas permeability. This premium Nitrile sheet is resistant to petrol, diesel, and lubricants. However, this Nitrile (NBR) does not resist bio-diesel, bio-fuels, or bio-lubricants. It also has moderate aging properties and adheres well to metal. The temperature range is between -20°C and +80°C.

The 2 plies serve to increase the strength and durability of the material, allowing it to better resist persistent wear. The insertion reduces the elasticity of the material and helps the gasket hold it's shape
