Polyurethane is a flexible elastomer that combines the excellent mechanical properties of plastic with the elasticity of rubber. From a technical standpoint, polyurethane offers more advantages than rubber or other plastics.

The material features excellent wear resistance, high tear strength, and exceptional tensile and compressive strength. Even the harder variant (90 Shore) retains significant resilience. Additionally, it is resistant to mineral oils, petrol, lubricating greases, diluted acids, and alkalis. Our PU sheets can also be cut into strips, gaskets, or rings. Please contact our customer service for more details.

Applications:

  • Belts
  • Wear strips
  • Bumpers
  • Machine mounts
  • Soundproofing pads
  • Chute and hopper linings
  • Seals
  • Rollers
  • Roller covers
  • Shot-blasting curtains
  • Membranes

Properties:

  • Highly wear-resistant, durable, and shock-resistant
  • Remarkable resilience
  • High tensile strength
  • Excellent tear-resistant properties
